We offer all terms within 3-15 months, with an additional cost for any leases under 12 months. 

Yes, however, we do have the typical Indiana recommended breed restrictions and a weight limit of 50lbs.

All leases will include a $100 monthly parking fee, with additional parking available at $150 per space.

Per month, you will have base rent, $75 utility fee, and $100 tech/amenity fee (internet included). NIPSCO (electricity) and renters’ insurance are paid separately.  

The application charges include a $50 application fee per adult living in the unit (non-refundable) and a $150 administrative fee that is refundable if the application is denied or canceled in 48 hours.  

We require 60-day notice to not renew your lease. 

We require 60-day notice and 2 months of rent as a buyout fee in order to break your lease early. 

If your balance is not paid in full before the 4th of the month, you will receive a $100 late fee added to your existing balance. 

All mail will be in the mail room located in Building B labeled with your unit.

We require that you make 3x the base rent in gross income for the unit you apply for. We also run a full criminal and credit history check that will contribute to determining eligibility.  

All packages will be delivered to Building B in a secure parcel locker in the mail room.
